Bonjour my beloved readers! It's been awhile since the last time I made an outfit post and finally the wait is over.
I don't know why, but I feel that December is the most romantic month of the year. Was it because the rainy season? Or was it because of the memories I had? If you allow me, I'd like to share a piece of my past stories with you..

Second Chances
Just gotten back home from my Bali trip yesterday and had my flashback moments earlier this morning. I've been thinking about what happened in Bali, how I thought that accepting someone back into your love life after hurting you is a major mistake. I'm a believer of second chances, but I only give it away to those who deserve it. He's still as cold as ice, as silent as gold, though I know he's sorry. A part of me wants to keep waiting on someone, while on the hand I know someone else is waiting for me and maybe he will make me a better person. This confusion of whom to chose should end right away. D'accord? Bon!
Talking about believes, every time I'm not confident with what I wear, throwing a blazer on or wear a pinch of red is always right and complete my whole look. This I believe. In this shoot, I wore my initial blazer from Zara and voila, it added structure to my silhouette. Pour moi, structures, cuttings, shapes es tres important. Don't you think so?

What's important for your looks? What are your fashion believes? Do we have the same believes. I wonder.

4th Bloggers Meet Up
As I have mentioned before in here , there's this local group of fashion bloggers named SurabayaVOGUE and last Friday was actually our 4th meet up. I didn't get to join the first and second since I wasn't a blogger at that time and due to my unavailability. So here's the quick overview of the whole epic crazy meet up we had.
Since I gained 15 pounds and I'm so proud to say that I've lost 6 of them from the start of the holiday, I can't really find the right outfit to support my figure. I came up with my Mango glamrock chic dress and of course, touches of red ALDO pumps and snake skin clutch.
Je vous aime tous!

Momentum
Earlier this morning I was having a physics test. It was on fluids, but then the thought on momentum came across. Theoretically, momentum is the quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity. Some interpret momentum as the timing of a significant change. For me, in fashion, momentum is knowing the right thing to wear, at the right time, in the right place, with the right person.
This shot reflects momentum the most for it needed the photographer's timing skill to capture my move. It sure looks simple, but I had to redo it over and over again.
I matched my tight Topshop leather pants with a loose snake skin print Mango top in order to create the balance between the two. The accessories were the star of the look, gold details sure caught the viewer's attention. Too bad these pictures are only available in black-white version.

Spectacle Premiere
Last night was my friend's birthday party and she lifted the theme "Spectacle Premiere". I came with a friend of mine and took this picture.
Don't you just love the cupcake? I don't feel like harming the flower though.
I was wearing a Greek accentuated one shoulder top by Guess paired with my tailored asymmetric skirt. A pinch of red is always good and I chose my homemade snake skin clutch to complete the look.
