It's my birthday today and I am officially an 18 y.o student, soon to be DVC college student. I can't believe it's been a year since the last time I celebrated my sweet seventeenth birthday.

Between Raindrops

Bonjour my beloved readers! It's been awhile since the last time I made an outfit post and finally the wait is over.

I don't know why, but I feel that December is the most romantic month of the year. Was it because the rainy season? Or was it because of the memories I had? If you allow me, I'd like to share a piece of my past stories with you..

Originalité

You might have noticed that I've worn the exact same look here. Well, you're right. I'm not a fan of repetition, but the condition forced me to. During LaSalle's graduation fashion show, a pair of reporters came to me and asked me whether I would like an interview on my look of the day or not. I agreed and told them the reason why I wore those pieces. They took pictures and promised that they would contact me as soon as the article is published.

Essence de L'audace

Essence de L'audace simply means the essence of being bold. Seven young designers who had just graduated from La Salle College Surabaya were pushed to their limit to present bold and out-of-the-box designs in all themes, crossing boundaries. From rodeo, kids, futuristic, to wedding.

Some works were on display in mannequins right in front of the entrance gate, together with some photographs and booths.

The young and talented designers were also given the chance to display their own designs in the themes they personally chose. My friends and I were fans of Gabriel Soegiyono's creations. He rose the theme of Spanish beauty which was stunning and the composure of every aspect in his show was very balanced.

The others rose the theme of architectures, Japanese kimono, skulls, and many more.

All fun and joy credits to my beloved friends : Lukas, Jochris, Feli, Ken, Kezia, Lauretha. Thanks to them, watching this show was such an unforgettable experience.

Second Chances

Just gotten back home from my Bali trip yesterday and had my flashback moments earlier this morning. I've been thinking about what happened in Bali, how I thought that accepting someone back into your love life after hurting you is a major mistake. I'm a believer of second chances, but I only give it away to those who deserve it. He's still as cold as ice, as silent as gold, though I know he's sorry. A part of me wants to keep waiting on someone, while on the hand I know someone else is waiting for me and maybe he will make me a better person.This confusion of whom to chose should end right away. D'accord? Bon!

Talking about believes, every time I'm not confident with what I wear, throwing a blazer on or wear a pinch of red is always right and complete my whole look. This I believe. In this shoot, I wore my initial blazer from Zara and voila, it added structure to my silhouette. Pour moi, structures, cuttings, shapes es tres important. Don't you think so?
